I'm Charlie, and I have over 12 years of experience working in public bodies, diplomatic offices and charities.

My skill sets include: Communications & Public Relations, Governance & Administration, Internal & External Stakeholder Management, Operations & Management, Planning & Project Management, Strategy & Research, Writing & Design.

I have held the positions of Managing Director of a UK registered charity that focused its work on the Caribbean, Chargé d'Affaires of a British Overseas Territory’s diplomatic office, and Business Manager to the Chair of The National Lottery Community Fund. I am a Governance Officer at Historic England, the UK Government's statutory consultee on the historic environment and its heritage assets, I run my own consultancy business, and I am Consultant to the Overseas Representative of the Government of Anguilla. I studied for my MSc and BSc at the University of Bristol, with a study abroad year at the University of California, Berkeley.
